Visualization is creating vivid, detailed images in your mind of the future you desire. By engaging your imagination and cognitive processes, you can turn abstract goals into concrete visions, making it easier to achieve them.
Visualization is a mental rehearsal for success. Visualization can help you achieve your aim to improve your health, your goals, or your relationships. Here are the basics of how to use this transformative practice.

Visualization begins in your mind and involves creating detailed mental images of your desired outcome. You must engage all your senses to make these images real.

The keys are the sounds, smells, tastes, and feelings associated with your goal. Your subconscious mind needs to imagine the visual aspect as well as the keys. Anchoring your visualization using a multisensory approach helps to make it more effective.

For example, if your goal is to excel in a sparkly clean home, you would visualize yourself standing at the front door, seeing the freshly cleaned floor, hearing the silence of an empty house, feeling the sun shine through the crystal clear window panes, and sensing the dopamine and relaxation of completing the project of a picture-perfect home.
The more detailed the visualization, the more powerful it will be.

Don’t call it a dream; call it a plan.-Unknown
